Well, the only problem I've had was solved pretty easily: I changed to a new workstation and tried to install the Acronis software I had purchased. Add to that its affordability and the fact that it runs well on Windows 7, 8 and 10, and it's practically perfect! CONS It will do a clone of a Windows 10 system on a new hard drive that works perfectly. I now recommend it to my customers as backup software, especially for Windows 10.

No other software has actually given me a system image in this way that could be successfully and completely restored to a hard disk. It is very simple to use, and has some features I haven't seen in other backup software - at least not working! I have tried many different backup programs, and many of them say that they're backing up a full system image while it is running. It was very reasonably priced, and it has proven to be such a good tool that I can recommend it to my customers!
